This past February, Rebyc Security (@rebycsecurity) was proud to sponsor the NC Tech (@ncta) Outlook for Tech event. This event brings together hundreds of North Carolina’s top IT talent and firms to discuss current IT trends.
Here’s a few highlights of the event:

- NC Tech conversion from North Carolina Technology Association to NC Technology Association. This was a major announcement by the on the heals of the association’s 25th anniversary, taking place in 2018.
- Several good presentations by strong presenters

- Addie Swartz – ReachHire
- Olof Schybergson – Fjord
- Ted Abernathy presentation on where NC ranks in tech

Rebyc Security is proud to be a member of this great organization and we look forward to continuing to be a part of its support of NC IT for years to come.
As for our participation at the event, you can see some of our pictures below. It was great to connect with old friends and meet new ones. We were also happy to be able to invite some of our current clients and partners to join us at our table. We had a steady stream of booth attendees with questions about how to improve their security posture and many questions related to ransomware in light of recent Charlotte, NC events (Meck County Ransomware Attack).
If your organization is looking to test your ability to withstand a cybersecurity attack, let’s talk. We speak cyber and can help you with your penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, phishing, social engineering and more. We start all relationships with a discovery call as we want to fully understand where you are today, where you are heading, and how we can help.
