Throughout my entire career, I have been fortunate to work with some of the best entrepreneurial minds around. These are the types of folks who launch out of bed in the morning eager to add the next layer to the strong foundation they started with. They had a sincere focus on the mission and a way of getting relentless buy in from those they chose to bring on the journey. Every one of them were, and are to this day, serial entrepreneurs who each taught me a little something different about what it takes to start and run a company.
And so, when I came to that fork in the road a few months back, I knew it was time to use every lesson they had shared over the years and start Rebyc Security.
Over the past 13 years at my last company, I was able to wear many hats including leading an information security consulting team for close to 7 years. Throughout that time, we consistently grew our revenues while maintaining a near 100% customer referral and satisfaction rating. I personally think those two components go hand in hand – you can’t expect to continue to grow your business if you are not taking care of the clients who brought you to the dance. I always told our consulting team, you are the face of our organization, make us look good.
At Rebyc Security, we are going to deliver best of breed Offensive Security Consulting Services including Penetration Testing, Internal Threat Assessments, Social Engineering and Password Cracking to name a few. Although much of my background has been in Banking and Credit Unions, we are not targeting a specific industry as our services can be customized to fit any vertical.
